Uncle Vanya perfomed at the Shapiro Theater, October 23-25, 2009.  It was produced under the auspicies of Columbia Stages.  The translation was by Carol Rocamora.

 

Production design by JR, lighting by Justin Spiegel, and original music by Alex Clifford.

 

The cast performed the original score live and featured Colin Baker (Vanya, cello), Will Cespedes (Astrov, guitar), Adam Mazer (Professor, percussion), Eileen Meny (Sonya, violin) and Anika Schwarzwald (Yelena, flute/piano).
